Dear Friends, 

I'd jump at the chance to participate in the Minnesota Orchestra Composer Institute. It would be a dream come true to work with Kevin Puts (whose work I love), to follow in the footsteps of composers I admire, and to collaborate with Minnesota Orchestra, whose recordings and reputation I revere.

As you know, it isn't easy to become a great orchestral composer, since collaboration and performance opportunities with orchestras are relatively scarce. Nevertheless, that's my goal, and I'm doing my best, one piece at a time.
